By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. These terms govern your access to and use of our Services.

1. Eligibility & Responsibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including ring size, engraving text, billing details, and shipping address.

Because each piece is crafted according to the specifications you provide, DivinityChest relies on the accuracy of this information.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, designs, logos, product imagery, videos, and custom jewelry structures — is the exclusive property of DivinityChest.

Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or use of our designs or brand assets is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Representation & Customization

Product Display

We strive to present our jewelry with precision. However, due to the nature of precious metals and gemstones, slight variations in color, tone, and natural inclusions may occur.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for confirming accurate specifications, including ring size and engraving text.

We strongly recommend reviewing our Ring Sizing Guide prior to purchase.

For bands exceeding 6mm in width, sizing up may be advisable. DivinityChest is not responsible for sizing errors submitted at checkout.

4. Payment & Order Acceptance

Payment Allocation

Upon confirmation, payments are allocated directly to our integrated production teams, including specialized facilities in Japan, to initiate casting and certification processes.

Currency

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing inaccuracies
• Suspected fraudulent activity

5. Two-Step Verification

To maintain transparency and structural integrity, we implement a Two-Step Verification process.

Visual Confirmation

Prior to dispatch, you will receive a video confirmation of your specific piece.

Confirmation Window

A 12–24 hour window is provided for review. If no response is received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to proceed with dispatch to prevent delivery delays.

6. Cancellations & Returns

Due to the bespoke and production-based nature of our jewelry, orders enter production shortly after confirmation.

Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Standard for full details regarding final sale items and the 72-hour grace period for eligible standard selections.

DivinityChest provides a 7-day structured review window for eligible non-customized orders prior to production. Custom or bespoke items confirmed by the customer are final sale.

7. Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

Gold and platinum pieces are protected under our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty.

Covered: Structural and manufacturing defects.

Not Covered: Normal wear, accidental damage, chemical exposure, or third-party modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DivinityChest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect operational or legal changes. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
