Lifetime Manufacturing Standard
Lifetime Manufacturing Standard
Last Updated: February 2026
At DivinityChest, craftsmanship is engineered to endure.
It is engineered to endure.
Every piece produced by the House is held to a defined structural standard — ensuring that what is created is not only refined in appearance, but stable in form and enduring in function.
This is our commitment.
I. Craftsmanship & Materials
Each DivinityChest selection is crafted using precious metals and carefully selected gemstones chosen for both brilliance and durability.
Production is executed through a structured process that includes:
• Precision metal casting
• Controlled stone setting
• Structural alignment
• Surface finishing and polish
Before release, every piece undergoes internal inspection to verify that it meets the DivinityChest Standard.
Structure preserves longevity.
II. Certified Authenticity
All gemstones are accompanied by independent certification from recognized gemological laboratories, Including recognized laboratories such as:
• GIA
• IGI
• GRA
• GRC (where applicable)
Certification provides documented verification of cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.
Authenticity is never assumed.
It is verified.
III. Lifetime Manufacturing Coverage
DivinityChest provides lifetime manufacturing coverage for gold and platinum jewelry under the following conditions:
Covered:
• Structural defects in metal
• Setting instability caused by manufacturing
• Craftsmanship-related faults observed under normal wear
Not Covered:
• Normal wear and aging
• Accidental damage
• Chemical exposure
• Improper handling or misuse
• Third-party modifications or repairs
• Changes in personal preference
IV. Claim Process
If a structural issue is identified:
• Contact the DivinityChest Concierge
• Provide your order number
• Submit clear supporting imagery
Each case is reviewed under the House Standard.
Where applicable, resolution may include repair or structural correction.
V. Structural Integrity Over Time
Fine jewelry evolves with wear, but structural integrity must remain uncompromised.
Periodic professional inspection is recommended to preserve structural integrity over time.
Maintenance preserves what structure creates.
VI. Relationship to Certification
Certified diamonds and gemstones retain documentation issued by their respective laboratories.
This documentation confirms authenticity at the time of grading and remains part of the permanent record of the piece.
Closing Statement
The DivinityChest Standard exists to ensure that what is created is worthy of what it represents.
Crafted with precision.
Defined by structure.
Enduring by design.
