Return & Exchange Standard

At DivinityChest, every piece is crafted intentionally and with measured precision. Because our production system is integrated and bespoke in nature, our return framework reflects that same commitment to structure and integrity.

Final Sale Structure

Selections that include:
• Gemstone customization
• Metal or finish choices
• Engraving
• Resizing
• Bespoke modifications are considered final sale.

Once confirmed, these orders enter production and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged after production has begun.

7-Day Structured Review Window

For non-customized pieces without resizing or engraving requests, we offer a 7-day structured review window beginning at the time your order is confirmed.

During this period:
• You may request a cancellation or return
• Requests must be submitted to Our Concierge with your order number

After the 7-day window, your order enters production and becomes final.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return request:
• The item must be returned unworn and in original packaging
• It must not have entered production
• All original documentation and certification must accompany the return

Refund Processing

Approved return requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receipt and issued to your original method of payment.

Specification Accuracy

Before placing your order, please confirm:
• Ring sizing
• Engraving details
• Metal and gemstone choices
• Shipping information

Because each piece is crafted to specific details, errors in specification are not eligible for return once production begins.
