Fulfillment & Delivery Standard

Each DivinityChest selection undergoes structured preparation before release.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Standard delivery is typically 10–15 business days from dispatch.

During peak periods, timelines may extend slightly to preserve quality standards.

Once released to our courier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email.

Tracking information may take several business days to reflect within the courier’s system.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide order number and clear photographs

Upon review, resolution may include repair or replacement.
