Every DivinityChest selection follows a defined and controlled progression.

Not by presentation — but by verification.


I. Selection

The process begins with selection.

A piece is chosen based on its characteristics, structure, and intended purpose.

Specifications are defined.
Details are confirmed.

Precision begins at the point of decision.


II. Initial Verification

Upon confirmation, the selected piece — whether bespoke or ready-made — is prepared for documentation.

A high-definition video is produced to verify:

• Design and structure
• Stone alignment
• Requested sizing and specifications

This serves as the first stage of confirmation prior to release from production.


III. Secondary Verification

Upon arrival at DivinityChest, the piece undergoes internal inspection.

A second high-definition video is produced to confirm:

• Alignment with original specifications
• Structural integrity
• Certification correspondence

This ensures continuity between production and final release.

Verification is never assumed.
It is confirmed.


IV. Confirmation & Release

Both stages of verification are provided prior to dispatch.

Only after confirmation does the piece proceed to final delivery.

Nothing is released without alignment.


V. Delivery

Each selection is prepared with intention and moves through a controlled process prior to delivery.

Delivery is executed according to location:

Domestic (Trinidad & Tobago): typically completed within 10–15 business days, followed by controlled hand delivery upon arrival
International: fulfilled via secure courier (FedEx or DHL), with timelines extending slightly based on logistics and certification coordination

Certification accompanies the selection.
Documentation remains intact.


VI. Ownership

The piece is received.

What has been selected and verified now becomes personal.

Ownership begins with certainty.
